Chairman of the Advisory Board, Mr. Walter Leonard Bryan Stott, BSc (Est Manag) (London), FRICS, FSVA.

Mr. W. L. B. (Bryan) Stott is Chairman of ManSat Limited's Board of Advisors and Board of Directors and also its co-founder.

Bryan is a member of the Isle of Man Government's Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) and is also the former Chairman of NatWest Offshore Ltd, the world's largest offshore bank, which includes the Isle of Man Bank and Coutts Offshore Limited for example. Bryan was appointed to the Board of the Isle of Man Bank Ltd as its youngest ever Director at the age of 32 in 1973. He was elected Chairman of the Isle of Man Bank in 1989. He became Chairman of NatWest Offshore Ltd and Coutts Offshore Ltd in 1996. These companies operate in the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Cayman, Bermuda, and other jurisdictions.

Educated at King William's College Public School in the Isle of Man, Bryan attended London University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management. He is also qualified as a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Auctioneers & Valuers Institute.

Bryan is currently Chairman of the Isle of Man Anti-Cancer Association. He was also a Trustee and Deputy Chairman of Life Education International, a drug prevention programme for young children, and has lectured in various countries throughout the world on this subject.
